bajipartner Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of bajipartner and all services available through the platform, including the website at bajipartner.onl and the bajipartner mobile app for Android and iOS. They form a binding agreement between you ("the user") and bajipartner ("we", "us", "our").

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to use bajipartner, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Register only one personal account in your own name. Multiple accounts per individual are not permitted.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party when depositing or placing bets.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a bajipartner employee where that relationship could create a conflict of interest.
• Provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date.

bajipartner reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If verification is requested and not provided within a reasonable period, the account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. Any winnings generated during a period when age eligibility cannot be confirmed may be withheld pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

When you register a bajipartner account, you are required to provide accurate personal details. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not use false names, incorrect dates of birth, or another person's identity when registering.

One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bajipartner. If we detect that a user has registered more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, device IDs, or payment methods — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact us immediately using the details in the Contact section.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. bajipartner will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us straight away and change your password immediately. bajipartner is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the security of your account was compromised through your own actions or negligence.

Account Verification

bajipartner may require identity verification at various points — including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification may include providing a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will have withdrawals paused until the process is finished.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bajipartner are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage — your account balance, stakes and winnings are all denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed instantly and credited to your bajipartner account balance without delay. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of depositing. bajipartner does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly, while bank transfers may take one to three business days. Withdrawal limits apply and are shown within your account dashboard.

bajipartner reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud is suspected, where verification requirements have not been met, or where the terms of a bonus or promotion have not been fulfilled. In such cases, you will be informed and given an opportunity to complete any outstanding requirements.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bajipartner, including cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), T20 internationals, football, Esports and all other markets available on the platform.

• All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the user unless bajipartner's cash-out feature is available for that specific bet and market.
• In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or voided, the rules applicable to that specific sport and market will determine whether bets are settled, voided or carried over. These rules are available within the Bet section of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market. These are displayed when placing a bet. bajipartner reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of bajipartner and may be suspended at any time during a match. Odds during in-play betting reflect the current match situation and update in real time.
• Obvious errors in odds — such as prices that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will not be honoured. bajipartner reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and to notify affected users.
• Bets placed in violation of these Terms, including bets suspected of being part of match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated fraud, may be voided and the relevant account suspended.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bajipartner offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated clearly when the bonus is made available. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and can only be used on bajipartner.
• Each promotional offer is available to one account per person, per household and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements — the amount you need to bet before a bonus can be withdrawn — apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or combined with other offers unless specifically permitted.
• bajipartner reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to your account. Once credited, the bonus remains subject to its stated wagering requirements.
• If bajipartner has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited and the account suspended.

7 Responsible Gaming

bajipartner is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible approach to gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — enjoyable, within your budget, and never something that causes financial stress or personal harm. These principles apply to all users of bajipartner regardless of which part of the platform they use.

• Set a budget: Only deposit and play with money you can comfortably afford to lose. Never chase losses or increase your stakes to try to recover previous losses.
• Manage your time: Set session time limits for yourself and stick to them. Taking regular breaks helps keep gaming enjoyable rather than compulsive.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajipartner. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using a false identity, another person's identity, or fraudulent documents during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering or any other unlawful means.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other automated means to place bets, interact with the platform or bypass any security measures.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of games or markets, including any form of match-fixing or organised arbitrage abuse.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the bajipartner platform, software or content.
• Using the platform in a way that is intended to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to access or operate your account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bajipartner staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bajipartner reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Duplicate account detection.
• A request from the account holder to self-exclude.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Advance notice will be provided where possible.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bajipartner will aim to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the affected user. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

Closing Your Own Account

You may request to close your bajipartner account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met. Accounts closed at user request may be reopened on request, subject to identity verification, unless the closure was for self-exclusion reasons — in which case a mandatory cooling-off period applies.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajipartner platform — including but not limited to the bajipartner name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, icons, game content, odds data and any other material — is the intellectual property of bajipartner or its licensed content providers. This content is protected and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of bajipartner.

By using the platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bajipartner solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, scrape, frame or redistribute any part of the platform or its content.

11 Limitation of Liability

bajipartner provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held responsible for downtime caused by technical issues, maintenance, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted, bajipartner's liability to any user is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time of the event giving rise to a claim. bajipartner is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits or losses arising from the inability to place or settle bets during a period of platform downtime.

You use the bajipartner platform at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. bajipartner does not guarantee any particular outcome, return or profit from any bet, game or activity on the platform. It is your responsibility to manage your gaming activity responsibly and within your personal financial means.

12 Changes to These Terms

bajipartner may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, regulatory guidance, or operational practices. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
